Morar is a small village located in the Scottish Highlands, accessible by various means of transportation. If you are traveling by car, Morar is situated on the A830 road, also known as the Road to the Isles, which connects Fort William to Mallaig. From Fort William, it takes approximately 40 minutes to reach Morar by car. Alternatively, you can travel by train from Glasgow or Edinburgh to Mallaig, which is located approximately 4 miles from Morar. Some trains stop at Morar station, which is literally opposite the hotel!The West Highland Line, which is often considered one of the most scenic train journeys in the world, offers daily services to Mallaig. If you are traveling from outside of the UK, the nearest international airports are in Glasgow and Edinburgh. From there, you can rent a car or take public transportation to reach Morar. Please note that depending on the time of year, some transportation services may have limited schedules, so it's best to check ahead of time and plan your journey accordingly.

We are open daily for breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30 and dinner from 18:30 to 21:30. We also serve lunch during summer which is from June to September (subject to change).
Please note the hotel is closed for winter every January and February.
